Hulls

The hull is the body of your tank — it decides how much damage you can take and how fast you move. Choosing a hull is a trade-off between speed and armour: lighter hulls dart around the battlefield but die quickly, while heavy hulls shrug off punishment at the cost of mobility. The right choice depends on your turret, your game mode and your playstyle.

All hulls

Wasp

LightFastest

The lightest, fastest hull in the game. Wasp is a glass cannon — barely any armour, but it moves like lightning. Perfect for hit-and-run snipers and flag carriers who rely on never being hit in the first place.

Pair with: Shaft, Railgun, Twins.

Hornet

LightAggressive

Almost as fast as Wasp but with a little more durability. Hornet is the classic aggressor's hull: rush in, deal damage and reposition before the enemy can react. A staple for close-range brawlers.

Pair with: Hammer, Flamethrower, Twins.

Hunter

MediumBalanced

The most balanced hull in CyberTankz and a favourite at every rank. Hunter has enough speed to reposition and enough armour to survive trades. If you are unsure what to use, Hunter works with almost any turret.

Pair with: Smoky, Railgun, Striker.

Viking

MediumDurable

A tougher mid-weight hull that leans toward survivability. Viking holds the mid-line, trades well and is a great platform for control-oriented weapons. Slightly slower than Hunter but noticeably harder to kill.

Pair with: Freeze, Hammer, Twins.

Dictator

HeavyFrontline

The lightest of the heavy hulls. Dictator brings real armour while keeping enough speed to push the front line. Excellent for applying constant pressure and anchoring a team's advance.

Pair with: Thunder, Vulcan, Smoky.

Titan

HeavyTank

A true heavyweight. Titan soaks enormous punishment and is built to hold ground — ideal for defending control points and flags. Slow, but nearly impossible to dislodge with support behind it.

Pair with: Vulcan, Freeze, Thunder.

Mammoth

HeavyMaximum armour

The heaviest hull with the most armour in the game. Mammoth is slow but practically a fortress on tracks — the go-to choice for Juggernaut mode and stubborn defensive holds. Bring patience and a support teammate.

Pair with: Vulcan, Hammer, Isida support.

A good rule of thumb: light hulls for snipers and flag runs, medium hulls for everyday play, and heavy hulls when your team needs someone to hold the line.

Upgrading hulls

Like turrets, hulls upgrade from M0 to M3 with micro-upgrades for armour and speed, and unlock an overdrive ability once fully upgraded. Combine your hull choice with the right protection modules and paints to survive longer. Plan it all on the Garage page.
