Game Rules
CyberTankz moderators always do their best to provide players with the best possible gaming experience, but we rely on you, the players, to help us catch game violators. The bans are ranging from a warning to a permanent ban. Please note that previous warnings, mutes and bans can be reviewed by any moderator, and violators of the rules may be punished with a higher punishment.
Chat Rules
1. Spam and Flood
Please do not post unnecessary, repetitive or meaningless messages that disrupt the conversation.
2. Abuse of Caps Lock
While using all capital letters to shout something from time to time is fine, continuous chatting using Caps Lock is considered as abuse.
Punishment for spamming starts with a warning, then you will receive a ban based on your karma.
3. Advertising
Do not post links to third-party products or services in chat, especially if they require payment. In addition, these links must not harm the activity of the CyberTankz game or compete with it in any way.
Punishment starts at 7 days, if it is a link aiming to harm the game the ban will be permanent.
4. General Profanity
Swearing in itself is not a major problem, but if it is rudely directed at anyone or spoken in an inappropriate manner, it can result in a warning or ban.
Punishment starts with a ban for 1 hour, then you will receive a ban based on your karma.
5. Inappropriate and Profane Links, Promotions
Do not share any inappropriate sites or any illegal content, including links to private discord servers.
Punishment starts with a warning, then you will receive a ban based on your karma.
6. Insults and Provocations
Insulting players (including helpers) or provoking them with the purpose of insulting them is against the rules.
Punishment starts with a 1 hour ban based on your karma.
7. Insulting Parents or Family Members
Insulting parents is strictly forbidden, and it is not allowed.
Punishment starts with a ban for 24 hours, then you will receive a ban based on your karma.
8. Encouraging Suicide
Telling someone to kill themselves is not tolerated. You don't know what kind of mental state a person is in or what they are going through, so any case of encouraging suicide is taken seriously.
Punishment starts with a 1 hour ban, then you will receive a ban based on your karma.
9. Sharing Personal Information
Please do not share your personal information with any player (for example: email address, name, Facebook profile, phone numbers, passwords, etc.) Similarly, if you are caught sharing another player's private or personal information without their permission, it may result in a ban.

10. Misleading of Players
Spreading fake news only causes spam and confusion among users, thus it is not allowed.

11. Discrimination
Racial, homophobic, religious or any other discrimination is not tolerated. Using offensive terms, even in jokes, is not allowed.
Punishment starts with a ban for 1 hour, then you will receive a ban based on your karma.
12. Promoting Illegal Activities
Encouraging others to consume drugs, commit criminal acts, or exposing game players to sexual content (written or graphic) will result in a ban.

13. Trading/Selling Accounts
Please do not sell, trade or buy accounts from other people. Attempting to trade, sell or buy accounts from anyone may result in your account being banned.
Punishment starts with a 1 hour ban, then you will receive a ban based on your karma, eventually it may end in a permanent ban.
14. Impersonating a Helper
Impersonating a Game Helper/Administrator in chat may result in you being warned or banned if you do not comply with our warnings.

Battle Rules
1. Inappropriate Nickname
Please do not create in-game accounts that are meant to impersonate helpers or administrators, contain profane or abusive language. By doing so, you risk losing your account forever! Also, don't change your name to something inappropriate using a nickname change card. You risk having your nickname restored and not getting your crystals back.
The karma for an inappropriate name will always be a permanent account block.
2. Abusing Bugs & Glitches in the Game
Please note that abusing bugs & glitches is not recommended, as it gives you an unfair advantage over other players. Depending on the type of bug & glitch, you may be warned. Bugs can be reported in the bug channel on the forum.
Punishment starts with an account block for 24 hours, then you will receive a block based on your karma.
3. Leaking or Sharing Private Information Related to the Game
Helpers know more about several things than the average player, and you will probably hear some of this information one day. Leaking or sharing this type of information is strictly prohibited.
Punishment starts with a ban for 7 days, then you will receive a ban or account block based on your karma.
4. Inappropriate Map Names
Maps that contain profane or offensive language will be removed or renamed, and their creator may be banned.
Punishment starts with a ban for 1 hour, then you will receive a ban based on your karma.
5. Powerleveling
Powerleveling or "Farming" includes: significant advantage of one team in team modes; fighting between accounts of the same user; fighting against players who collect crystals and do not kill other tanks.
Punishment starts with an account block for 1 hour, then you will receive a ban based on your karma. All alternative accounts involved will be blocked permanently.
6. Cheating or Using 3rd Party Software
Any form of hacking (by using a third-party software to gain an advantage) will NOT be tolerated and may result in a FOREVER ban. So you better think twice before you start flying around the maps, because you will lose your account! Don't even think about using another account to cheat - we will find you!
The penalty every time is a permanent account block.
7. Sabotage
Actions aimed at preventing your team from playing, in team mode, are prohibited. Sabotage is fighting against your own team, deliberately choosing weak turrets, faking internet problems, deliberately ignoring opponents, etc.
Punishment starts with an account block for 1 hour, then you will receive a block based on your karma. All alternative accounts involved will be blocked permanently.
